At House of H&H, each garment is thoughtfully crafted using premium linen and careful attention to detail. We take great pride in the quality of our products and want you to love every piece you receive. However, if something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. Our team will review the issue and assist you with the next steps.

Return Guidelines

• Returns are accepted only if the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• A return request must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
• Once your request is approved, you must ship the product back within 2 days and share the tracking details with us.
• The item must be unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with all tags attached.
• The original invoice must be included as proof of purchase.

Refunds & Store Credit

After we receive the returned product, our team will conduct a quality check. Once approved, you may choose either:

• Store credit that can be used across our website
• Refund to your original payment method

Refunds or store credits are typically processed within 2–4 business days after the quality check is completed.

Exchange Requests

If you require a different size or wish to exchange your item, please email us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

• Customers are responsible for the courier charges when returning the product.
• The shipping cost for sending the exchanged product back to you will be covered by House of H&H.
• The product must be unused and in the same condition as received.

Final Sale Items

Products purchased during sales, promotions, or discounted offers are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. Once the order has been shipped, cancellations will no longer be possible.
